When Elizabeth Looney Scott of Elizabeth Looney Photography, asked us to be part of a styled shoot that incorporated a back wedding dress, we basically screamed YES!
The farm table included a long and draping black runner. The table was adorned with vintage candelabras, thrift store china, gold stemware and black napkins to complete the look. The florals were chosen to have a combination of sophistication but also have a wild carefree look to them. Her bouquet included the delicate hellebore flowers and fern tree foliage, but also flowers that were not so delicate with the scabies pods. An ode to the “groom” and his career in the music industry, the statement making black cake from Puffy Muffin, sat on top of a vintage record player. For the ceremony, we decided to let the gorgeous background and the couple be the focal point and kept it simple with an abundance of candles.
