Package pricing is based upon wedding package details, client needs, required travel, wedding size, and complexity of wedding design. We also offer a la carte and add-on services, including budget management, RSVP tracking, reviewing vendor contracts, and more. These services can also be combined with any of the previously-mentioned wedding planning packages.
Let’s chat about you and your fiancé, how you envision your wedding day, your budget, and how we can best serve you as your wedding planner! Pricing begins at $2,500.
Month of Coordination
Month-of Coordination is for the couple who can handle planning their own wedding but want to enjoy the wedding day itself stress free. With this package, we will come in four weeks before the big day to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare. Don’t worry; we check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track. Coordination services include a meeting to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design elements, and wedding party/family details. This package will also include a venue walk-through meeting so we can see how we can make your vision a reality in the space. Southern Sparkle coordinates the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. We act as the primary point of contact with your vendor team on the wedding day so communication is solid and you can focus on your big day. Southern Sparkle will manage setup and teardown, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.
Full Service Planning
Planning a wedding can feel like a full-time job, as it is very time consuming. With our full planning package, we will be your expert wedding planning partner. We’ll start the planning process by getting to know you and your fiancé, creating your budget, finding your dream wedding location, and building your dream team of wedding vendors. We will coordinate the scheduling of your meetings, keep you on track with planning, and create a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire process of planning.
This package includes Month-of Coordination where we will make sure to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare; check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track; meet with you to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design elements, and bridal party/family details; do a venue walk-through meeting; coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day; and manage setup and teardown, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.

Services
All of our packages have an option to include wedding design. This helps you by having a Certified Wedding Design Consultant or one of our Certified Wedding Planners ensure that all of the 5,000 moving parts to any wedding come together seamlessly so that it all looks polished and carefully thought out.
We look forward to assisting you with your floor plan, where we can either do a 2D or 3D version to help you envision your beautiful wedding day in advance.
Custom Dance Floor Wraps
These vinyl dance floor wraps will take your wedding design to the next level. Your wedding monogram, custom crest or anything your heart desires. Dress up your plain wooden dance floor or even add it directly on the floor at your venue. The vinyl we use in removable and doesn’t damage the surface.
