Package pricing is based upon wedding package details, client needs, required travel, wedding size, and complexity of wedding design. We also offer a la carte and add-on services, including budget management, RSVP tracking, reviewing vendor contracts, and more. These services can also be combined with any of the previously-mentioned wedding planning packages.

Full Service Planning
Planning a wedding can feel like a full-time job, as it is very time consuming. With our full planning package, we will be your expert wedding planning partner. We’ll start the planning process by getting to know you and your fiancé, creating your budget, finding your dream wedding location, and building your dream team of wedding vendors. We will coordinate the scheduling of your meetings, keep you on track with planning, and create a design unique to your vision and priorities. This package will allow you to enjoy not only the wedding day, but also the entire process of planning.
This package includes Wedding Day Coordination where we will make sure to execute all the final details you will have worked so hard to prepare; check in on you monthly to ensure the planning process is on track; meet with you to discuss the timeline, vendor contract review, design elements, and bridal party/family details; do a venue walk-through meeting; coordinate the rehearsal and the entire wedding day; and manage setup and teardown, as well as assist your wedding party and gather your vendor team to ensure the day is perfect.

Southern Sparkle Wedding Design
With our Full Service Planning Package, you have the option to include comprehensive wedding design, allowing you to work directly with a Certified Wedding Design Consultant (or one of our Certified Wedding Planners) to create a beautifully cohesive and intentional celebration. Rather than simply selecting décor, our design process focuses on understanding your vision, style, and priorities, and then translating those ideas into a polished, thoughtfully curated aesthetic. From color palettes and floral direction to rental selections, linens, and overall visual storytelling, each element is chosen with purpose so your wedding day feels unified, refined, and reflective of you as a couple.
Your design experience also includes professional guidance with spatial planning to ensure both beauty and functionality. We will assist you in creating a custom floor plan, offering either a detailed 2D layout or an immersive 3D rendering, to help you envision your ceremony and reception spaces well before the big day. This allows you to see how every detail fits together and ensures the guest flow, layout, and décor placements work seamlessly. When paired with our full planning and month-of coordination, your design is not only created with intention but executed flawlessly, giving you confidence and peace of mind from start to finish.
